Bolt drivers win worker status in employment battle

In Bandi v Bolt Operations OU (Case No 2206953/2021), an employment tribunal has ruled that Bolt drivers are legally considered to be workers, in a claim brought on behalf of more than 10,000 past and present drivers for the app that could be worth £200m.
